dilute acid tank,concentrated acid tank,compound tank,filter,pump&pipe,battery connector,control system,concentrated aerosol suctions(optional)

Performance of Integrated ACS:1.Acid mixing,filling and formation is integrated in the same process without extra device to short the production by 2-3 days than conventional plate formation.2.Each module(include 2 lines controlled independintly) produces 320 pcs batteries in total with high flexibility and consistence to design for different customers.3.Acid density is monitored and adjusted as programme automatically during entire progress.4.The electrolyte temperature is controlled automatically.5.Visual control to simplify the complicated settings.6.The hydrogen emission and aerosol suction device adopted to ensure the environment and safety.

 Technical Performance of Gravity ACS: 1.No emission of aerosol and hydrogen to protect the environment and operator. 2. Improve the efficiency,short the production by 2-3 days. 3.Improve the initial capacity and uniformity of battery. 4.Energy-efficient option with less workshop and investment. 5.The electrolyte pressure to the battery case is small to prevent expanding.
